Domenic Calcara joined the company in 2011 with the ambition of creating an environment focused on work-life balance, for both employees and candidates. He became a father that same year, using his recruitment expertise and business network to develop the company’s administrative, financial and customer service functions.
Kristyn Oleskewycz joined Recruit Action in 2016 as HR coordinator. Driven by a keen sense of human relations and professional rigor, she quickly moved into a management role. In 2022, she became a partner and now leads the recruitment team with the same passion and dedication that characterize her.
Recruit Action Inc. was born from a shared desire: to build something human, high-performing, and sustainable. Today, it is led by two dedicated partners who share a common vision of entrepreneurship and recruitment.
Marie-Hélène is an experienced recruitment consultant dedicated to building lasting client relationships. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa and has over fifteen years of experience in recruitment, communications, and administration. A mother of two, Marie-Hélène has developed an instinctive approach to strengthening interpersonal relationships, which serves her both in her personal and professional life. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, CrossFit training, reading, and spending quality time with friends.
Maryse Laverdière is a versatile recruiter specializing in management, administration, insurance, and finance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from ESG UQAM and has over seven years of experience in the recruitment industry. With over seven years of experience in customer service, Maryse has developed a knack for providing sound advice and exceptional service. When she’s not helping her clients, she enjoys working out, skiing, hiking, camping, or watching a good movie.
Yasmine is a multi-talented recruitment specialist with a passion for problem-solving and delivering personalized service. After spending over a decade working in customer service and hospitality, she pursued extensive training in hospitality management and earned a Certificate in Administration from ESG UQAM. Yasmine’s desire to help others overcome challenges and discover their talents led her to the recruitment industry. She quickly discovered a passion for finding and supporting candidates who want to achieve an optimal work-life balance. Outside of work, Yasmine enjoys exploring new restaurants, taking long walks, and spending time outdoors.
Darlah is a human resources and social media coordinator dedicated to customer satisfaction. Her journey began with a College Diploma in International Hotel Management from the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hotellerie du Quebec, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Her goal at Recrut Action is to support you through every step of your integration. She brings her commitment and passion for human resources to provide you with an exceptional experience. Outside of the office, Darlah is an epicurean who appreciates the pleasures of life.
