Her interest in human resources began with a college diploma in international hotel management from the Institut de tourisme et d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie du Qu\u00e9bec. Intrigued by logistics and professional development, Darlah continued her studies by obtaining a bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. Darlah wanted to work for a recruitment agency, and when she discovered Recruit Action, its open-mindedness and unique business philosophy appealed to her.
