Many things can happen over a twelve-year period. A child becomes independent, a dog lives a full life, all while a business learns to thrive. As longtime partners and friends, we’ve discovered that a lot of upheaval can occur in a life and a business in the twelve years since we founded Recruit Action. But despite the past or the uncertainty of the future, our goal has always been to remain present.
Recruit Action was founded a year after the 2008 financial crisis. Within a year, François lost his job and became a father for the first time. Two years later, Domenic joined the company as a new partner. Despite our past ups and downs and the challenges of our growth, we remained focused on building a company that never lost sight of the importance of the present moment.
Making a conscious effort to pay attention to others while facing numerous challenges can radically change the nature of your relationships with others. Healthy human relationships are essential for successful recruitment as well as for developing a growing business. In our relationships with others, we cultivate the bonds necessary for resilient cooperation and sustainable growth. However, we have learned that it is impossible to develop a meaningful relationship without being fully present for one another.
We live in a society full of distractions. The omnipresence of screens and digital marketing in our lives, not to mention unexpected calamities, are all distractions that divert our attention from the people who truly matter to us. The last two years have highlighted how vital human connections are to our well-being, both personal and professional. Many of us are still recovering from the long months of isolation and are still struggling to find a way back to normal. It is naive to believe that we have been able to completely erase the worry and worrisome prospects that this turbulent period may have caused. Despite the universal challenges, we have remained committed to learning from the present and moving towards a better future. Therefore, we are delighted to share with you some exciting news from the Recruit Action team, which stems from our progress over the past few months.
New brand image
First, we decided to redesign the Recruit Action logo to reflect the evolution of our company. The new minimalist design merges the initials “R” and “A” to symbolize our fluid approach to business. Hidden within the design is the hook, which has represented us since the beginning. We draw a connection between this intertwined symbol and the way we have been able to reconcile our commitment to fulfilling your mandates with the constant evolution of our company. The green color is intended as a nod to our commitment to constant growth. Finally, hidden within the logo are triangles, a symbolically strong shape resting on a solid foundation. We believe our new graphic identity effectively communicates Recruit Action’s journey from our beginnings to today.
New website
We are also very pleased to present our completely redesigned Recruit Action website. We have completely redesigned our web presence to become a destination of choice for our corporate clients, our candidate clients, and our team. The website design reflects the redesign of our logo and aims to highlight content that is always relevant to our partners. This is similar to the newsletter you are currently reading and our job offers, which are always easy to navigate. Our goal is to use the website and social media platforms to communicate accurate and relevant information to our clients. You will occasionally receive a short survey to complete, which will allow us to continue improving the impact of our content and services.
New partner
Finally, we are delighted to introduce our new partner, Kristyn Oleskewycz. Kristyn is a driven individual who excels at bringing the individual to the forefront and has nearly five years of experience in the recruitment industry. Her career has included recruitment in finance, customer service, administration, human resources, accounting, marketing, sales, claims management, and disability integration. She is an incredible team captain with a track record of success, and we look forward to seeing how she can take our company to new heights.
We invite you to explore our new website and build a strong relationship with our team. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on the changes currently underway at Recruit Action. You’ll find our experienced team continues to strive to meet your needs and will continue to provide the personalized service we’ve earned. We’re always available to answer your questions and work tirelessly to achieve your goals.
